Information about Delivery

Delivery within Germany is carried out via any shipping company with tracking number. Shipping costs are free of charge.

Delivery in Morocco is done by local shipping agencies with tracking number. Our Wearhouse in Morocco ensures smooth and fast delivery.

Generally, the delivery takes 2-3 days after payment processing (online payment method). In case of Cash On Delivery (COD) method used, the shipping might take up to 5 days after order confirmation.

Other Shipping

Shipping always takes place from Germany. For deliveries from Germany to abroad, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply, which are not included in the displayed base price.

Delivery Times

The delivery times can be found in the corresponding product description, unless otherwise stated. If several items are ordered at the same time, the delivery time for the entire order will always be based on the item with the longest delivery time. Please note that the delivery time is always calculated from the date of receipt of payment.

Information on Payment Methods

Payment must be received within a maximum of 5 business days; otherwise, the order must be canceled. The shipping process will only begin once the payment has been received.
